Well I'm new to trading and still experimenting nevertheless all of what ive been doing has not been difficult such as moving bitcoin tp wallet and paying others and such likes. The company has made it easy to use this platform.

It did take some time but I really appreciate the proactive nature of Globalmarketsdex taking the time to directly contact me, review my issues and provide a path for solution. If they can continue this behaviour they will maintain a strong position and provider within the crypto market

Good overview but high fees. Going to move to other broker if the dont lower their fees.

UPDATE: issue was resolved and crypto was returned to my wallet. I sent some ONDO token from my Globalmarketsdex wallet to the Ethereum receiving address in my Globalmarketsdex.com account. Since ONDO trades on the ETH network, this transaction was successful, but the it did not appear in my balance. I found out at the time that this is because ONDO was not supported by Globalmarketsdex.com, and I was assured that once ONDO became supported on Globalmarketsdex.com, the balance would automatically appear. Now it is supported, nothing appears - I message support, and they are giving complete nonsense for answers. Genuinely shocked, can't decide if they are completely incompetent or genuinely scammers. Will change my review if I get a coherent response from someone at Globalmarketsdex.

There is no easy way out using Globalmarketsdex here is Croatia and it’s getting frustrating, I haven’t been able to send out assets for over 10 days and they say I need to wait a couple more. Every other function asides this works fine so it’s very confusing why they can’t just fix this challenge.

It's alright, not a fan of the kyc but other than that it's just ok. Not amazing but not terrible.

They do provide you with good services besides that fact that is really difficult to get verified and if you need help from the support they do not reply or help you right away.
